For those of you out there who have jobs.

I was thinking about this, next year I turn 16 and will have to get a job, but i don't know how i will do work and boxing.

probably the same way you managed to go to school and train?
You'll just have to adjust you're schedule the extra hour or so that you work... no big deal. If I could work from 7:15 till 4 labouring 5 days and week and still train 4-5 times a week then so can you :P
Well most guys in my gym who have full time jobs usually have a scheduale something like this lets say for EG you have to b to work at 8 and have to leave by 7:30..You get off at 4 and we will base it on the average 8 hr work day...
Get up at 5 stretch and do roadwork finish by 6 and follow up with 1 other thing that doesnt take up to much time sit ups and crunches are a good one because you can bang out 200 of each in 15-20min.
This should leave you time enough for shower change and make it on time..
After work hit gym--
Do average 15 rd work out 3 on each bag shadow boxing rope ect its a 60 min workout if you do it non stop..
Each day work on one additional thing mits, spar 2 days , ect
its about 2-2/12hrs a day you can skip a day or 2 as long as you work out hard during the 2 hrs ur supposed to....on saturday give a hard work out add a few extras take sunday off to recover...
your body will adjust in no time

Work sucks. When you first start work, it'll be hard because at the end of the day, you won't feel like doing shit. Even now, sometimes I don't feel like training any when I get off if it's been a hard day. You'll simply half to get used to it.
I gave up amateur competitions when I was 22 and had to work full time, cos I could not put in the proper times and quality on my training. I used to do 5-6 hours a day training before and just could not keep that up while working as well.
Real Bummer and miss it loads.
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?
5-6 hours?!, anyway youlook at that, even with the proper nutrition, it isn't good for your body.
I know - I just used to love being in the gym and got (maybe in retrospect) a bit addicted to the training side of things? Didn't seem to harm me much and I have no ill effects now.
I was always superfit and probably won at least a couple of bouts on workrate!
