@lauritaxful 23rd actually although she came equal 24th with Lithuania, Spain recieved 12 points from Andorra. Lithuania did not recieve any scores of 12 points, therefore the tie ruless would place Spain over Lithuania... hence giving 23rd to Spain and 24th to Lithuania
