how long can you keep those bandage? I warped my hands and wrist once with thai bandage and I could punch 100 times harder but I was wondering if I could keep these for like 15-20 mins. Thanks for the video tho, nice sharing

i do not see the need for hand wraps if you just condition your knuckles and wrist in the first place. What i do is punch rope that is tied around a peice of wood.
