    @foxafox Its not carpet, they're puzzle mats, they are laid down in sections and clip onto each other like a puzzle, there's nothing holding them down.

    That so called annoying noise actually motivates the pad kicker. All pad holders have different noises or sounds they make. My trainer speaks in tongues when he holds thai pads but I understand what he wants.
