    The main problem with thin film solar is that the conductive bars that are printed on them deteriorate in sunlight, the most practicle ones are amourphus and polycrytaline solar

    Let's just hope some multi-billion dollar oil corp with a multi-billion dollar buyout plan doesn't come along to sweep this under the rug. It won't be the first time in history this type of innovation was bought up and retired into the dust bins.

    all he needs now is good marketing. there is no reason why we would use any other solar tool EVER. i hope he exceeds his own expectations

    Cheaper my ass! Somebody show me where I can buy flexible panels at a lower dollar per watt than hard panels. I saw something about these probably 2yrs ago. I'd really like to get a PV system up and running but with the initial cost and effort I'll stick with grid power. 10cents/watt would be a no brainer.
