well then it's pretty clear he's learned his lesson, right? your probably talking about the fights he had when he was sub 120 lbs. that was forever ago... and unlike *cough* mayweather *cough*, he actually got more down to earth the more he won. i'm sure i speak for most when i say that manny is a great ambassador of the sport and he is doing a lot for boxing.

freddy roch is such a good coatch. he's got something really cool going on, i mean, anyone can see that he isn't the fastest or most ripped guy out there, but if you watch him on the speed bag, you can see his understanding of timing. his understanding of timing, tempo and natural combos is as deep as the ocean and i think his dedication to understanding all of the mechanics is greater than most other practioners and trainers, which really shows in his teaching.
Damn Roach seems to have been knocked in the had a couple times too many.
