sanders struggled to do road work because of leg injuries,so at the latter stages of his career he was experienced, but could not build up stamina ..pity

@knockup100 I agree, Sanders was hard pressed in the longer fights he had in his career. But with strength like that you have to swing for the fences.

I posted this a year ago but still relevant. A lot of people are commenting that Sanders has a lot of power even though he is out of shape it is actually the opposite. I saw on HBO that his punching power and hand speed were derieved from his apparently out of shape muscle build, the hugely ripped guys do not have the punching speed and power because thay are bulky. that is also why Sanders is good at golf, he can generate quick arm movments thats why he punches so hard

corries sander had the skill to be one of the greats.. but never was in shape and played to much golf..

Sprott looked like he fell over runnin g backwards there & the ref stopped it???
