Good job for one week of training. Most people have a hard time learning to do this. Plus they all look like they are having fun learning.Keep up the good training.
this video wasn't posted to "show off" their skills. It was to show what they had learned in a week. If you have been training in boxing for more than a week, I hope you can do better. That's what it is all about. Thanks for the comment.
