Wish I owned one of these. In mint condition.
snorkels. snorkels! SNORKELS! hahahaha
Neville6000 : Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I may be a little older than you. I think most cars made today look alike. They didn't back in the '50s, the '60s, and the '70s; or even the '80s.I think the best looking cars mad in the U.S. today are the Ford Crown Victoria, the Lincoln Town Car, the Chevy Corvette, the Ford Mustang fastback, and the Dodge Challenger. Do you consider a Jeep, a car? Are Jeeps considered cars? They're not trucks.
@StephenB58: Says you.
That was a beautiful car back then. I think the Chrysler 300 today is one butt ugly car.
@lasuvidaboy Correct. The base engine for the '66 300 was the 383, and the 440 was optional.
brit reid from green hornet had that car in white i believe.
The biggest engine probably was the Chrysler 440 cubic inch V8.
what was the biggest engin for that car
notice the oil rigs in the back right when they say "440 v-8." Sure is a boat... AND I WANT ONE!
This promo is also interesting, a bit short perhaps. The 300 became bigger from year to year. The former model looked better (for me). Thank you.
No, I'm not a Nan Vet. I went to college for one year after high school, didn't like it so I quit, thinking I had a soul surviving son deferment, (bad advice from friend) My dad was a vet, but didn't die from military injuries, so I was then "1A". I was in the first draft lottery, got #198 and they only picked up to #160, I support the Nam vets, but I didn't want to be one!
'Nam vet?
Sweet, snorkels haha!
Old, this car was brand new when I graduated from high school! I guess it is old.
ha ha sooooo old
