@pinup22 with no internet u wont be able to sell them on ebay,and your paying more up front,say u buy 100 scottsdale silver bars 100oz,u could prob buy 110 bars or rounds from a dif company or 110 oz,id rather have that,but the scottsdale are the best lookin bars i must say,hey as long as your smart enough to buy silver your good to go.

@21silvermoon The National Inflation Association suggests that one ounce of silver a day can get you by. If I remember correctly, (and people are free to correct me on this), is that you should have at least enough silver, food, and water for at LEAST 6 months.

Hi visionvictory, How much do you think should be invested in silver? 10K? 5K Can u help. I would say to anyone, just buy what you can afford, in otherwords set aside some money out of your paycheck, don't go broke. Just build. Work a extra side job to buy silver and gold coins. But how much for a family of 4. A single person? How will one use the coins when push comes to shove? Food? Trade?

You can't eat gold and silver! Stock up on food and commodoties! Coffe. sugar,.flour, tobbacco. When it all falls apart nobody will be delivering food or gas. The country will return to a barter system.Gold and silver will only have value in that it's easily portable to travelers, if there are any. Wise up.

I know one thing. Silver cannot go below 5 canadian dollars per ounce. buy maples at $17 US, and you have a floor of $5 CD. Huge upside, limited downside. Not a bad investment.

Its so sad to see these people who are selling their gold chains for food and vacations. the other day I was buying silver and saw people selling like 1 oz of gold to this silver and gold dealer. So I said what are you going to do with that fiat money you just traded for? they said going on vacation they said. Then the guy says well its just sitting doing nothing. made me crack up. he said whats so funny. I said well if its doing nothing that why are you selling it for cash. Its like a guarddog
