@ThePete185 It's 99 luftballons by Nena. Tthe story in the song is that 99 balloons accidentally fly over the Eastern Bloc of the then-divided Germany. East-Germany panics and thinks its an attack from the west, a nuclear war ensues, and the world is basically destroyed. The English version translates to "99 red balloons" and the upbeat tune is associated with partying. The episode featured a German patient, and the running gag is that 99 red balloons are the cure-all for awkward moments.
