Youtube did have 720p in 2008. No shit you couldn't pick. It depends what resolution the video was in. If it were 1080p, it would have been lowered to 480p. So, I was right. 360p isn't high quality, even back then. 480p was the highest. AND 720p was out in 2008. So why are you arguing? XD

The only options at the time that comment was made were 480 and 360 and 240 and you couldn't even pick what you wanted, depending on the time that person posted,so this quality video was rather high ON YOUTUBE. Not talking about any other mode of video or recording. Read genius.
